Ah, Aritzia. Home of the beloved effortless pants, eye-catching shopping bags, and infamous mirrorless private dressing rooms that force us to converge on communal mirrors to evaluate potential pieces.
As it happens, I have a few pretty Aritzia pieces hanging in my closet. But, like you, I’m not opposed to exploring stores like Aritzia.
For each Aritzia alternative below, I’ve explained what makes each brand a worthy contender.

A Cheat Sheet for Finding Your Ideal Aritzia Alternative
Wearing a little black dress from Aritzia’s Sunday Best line.
Aritzia has created a portfolio of in-house labels, each with its own distinct personality. The key to finding a great alternative is to know which of their specific aesthetics you’re drawn to.
To make it easy, I’ve created this quick guide. If you love a specific Aritzia brand, here’s where you should look next.
| If You Love… | The Vibe Is… | You Should Shop… |
|---|---|---|
| Babaton | Minimalist & Tailored | Theory & Everlane |
| Wilfred | Romantic & Feminine | Reformation & & Other Stories |
| TNA / Sunday Best | Elevated & Casual | |
| Denim Forum | Vintage-Inspired & High-Quality | Madewell & Rag & Bone |
Affordable Stores Like Aritzia
To open our list, I’ve compiled some budget-friendly Aritzia alternatives for you to peruse.
Abercrombie & Fitch
The modern Abercrombie & Fitch has become an unexpected powerhouse for sleek, neutral basics and polished casualwear. It's where I'd look for the more relaxed, "weekend" side of the Aritzia aesthetic. Their bodysuits have a fantastic, smoothing fit that rivals Aritzia's own, and their fan-favorite Sloane trousers offer that same effortlessly put-together feel of Aritzia pants.
MANGO
If you're drawn to the sharp blazers and impeccably tailored trousers from Aritzia's Babaton line, you'll find Barcelona-based MANGO's collections hit all the right notes, often at a friendlier price point.
Uniqlo
Aritzia is known for its basics, and Uniqlo excels in crafting them as well. For the high-quality merino wool sweaters, classic trousers, and simple blouses that form the minimalist core of Aritzia’s look, Uniqlo is unmatched in value.
Everlane
Of all the brands similar to Aritzia, Everlane is perhaps the most direct comparison to their in-house Babaton line. It shares that same focus on clean lines, timeless silhouettes, and quality, minimalist basics.
And Other Stories
If you routinely gravitate toward the more romantic, feminine, and slightly bohemian pieces from Aritzia's Wilfred line, there’s much to explore at & Other Stories. Find unique knitwear, beautiful blouses, and printed dresses that feel special and creative. It's one of my top recommended stores like Aritzia for finding a piece with a bit more personality.
Quince
If you browse Aritzia for its beautiful cashmere or wool pieces, you’ll find ample similar options at Quince. Quince offers pieces in quality materials (think silk, cashmere, linen, and wool) at radically transparent prices. I own a handful of Quince pieces, including their silk maxi skirt, which I wear year-round. I’d say it’s ideal for those looking for stores like Aritzia but cheaper.
Mid-Range Brands Like Aritzia
The brands in this section have a similar price point and quality level as Aritzia. They each fall into that same modern, sophisticated category of clothing.
Madewell
Desiring stylish denim? You won’t be disappointed at Madewell, which stands as an alternative to Aritzia's Denim Forum. While Aritzia leans more polished, Madewell excels at that relaxed, denim-focused, "cool-girl next door" vibe. I have a few Madewell pieces that I wear on repeat and have been eyeing their perfect vintage wide-leg jean as of late.
Like Madewell looks? You’ll enjoy these similar brands.
Reformation
If you're charmed by the feminine dresses and romantic tops from Aritzia's Wilfred line, you'll find Reformation offers a very similar vibe, often with a slightly more vintage and feminine twist.
In my experience, their pieces offer a consistently figure-flattering fit (see my full Ref sizing review here) and are versatile enough to wear on repeat.
COS
For those who love the clean, architectural, and minimalist pieces from Aritzia's Babaton line, don’t sleep on COS. It offers that same structured, often oversized, and sophisticated feel but with a more European, design-forward sensibility. I consider it one of the best stores similar to Aritzia for building a wardrobe of unique, high-impact minimalist staples.
Alex Mill
Founded by a team with a legendary fashion pedigree, Alex Mill focuses on creating timeless, impeccably made pieces that are designed to be lived in. Some of the pieces tilt more “off-duty academic” than cool girl, but they’re so versatile that you can truly style them to suit your vibe.
SPANX
When you hear Spanx, its iconic shapewear comes to mind. But the brand also excels at creating flattering, comfortable, and smoothing foundational pieces, from trousers to bodysuits.
Take the best-selling "Perfect Pant" collection for instance, which are similar to Aritzia's workwear trousers, offering an incredible blend of comfort and polish.
High End Stores Like Aritzia
When you’re ready to invest in a true forever piece, this next section is for you. These luxury brands are a step up from Aritzia, offering the next level of tailoring, exquisite fabrics, and designer-led style.
Theory
Theory is the natural next step for the Aritzia shopper who has built her professional wardrobe around the Babaton line. The brand was built on the concept of the perfect modern suit, and that precision is still at its core. Shop here if you're looking for sharp, minimalist workwear that will last for years.
Anine Bing
Anine Bing has perfected the ultimate cool-girl uniform with her mixture of Scandinavian simplicity and American energy. For the Aritzia lover who leans into the model-off-duty aesthetic, this is your brand.
It’s one of the best stores similar to Aritzia for finding investment-worthy leather jackets, perfectly slouchy blazers, and the occasional graphic tee.
Rag & Bone
Rag & Bone has its roots in expert menswear tailoring, and that focus on quality craftsmanship is evident in every piece.
It's a worthwhile upgrade for the Aritzia customer who loves the Denim Forum line but is ready to invest in impeccably crafted denim and leather staples with a downtown New York edge.
Veronica Beard
I see Veronica Beard as the perfect choice for the more fashion-forward Aritzia customer who is ready for an investment piece with a bit more personality.
The brand is famous for its iconic Dickey Jackets and chic, feminine tailoring. Shop here for looks that are equal parts powerful, polished, and fun.
Vince
If you love Aritzia’s focus on high-quality materials for their knitwear and blouses, Vince takes that to the next level. Their cashmere is exquisitely soft, and their silk blouses have a beautiful, fluid drape. It’s where you turn for those investment pieces that marry ease and luxury. The no-fuss nature of the pieces makes them effortless to style
Your Aritzia Questions
An Aritzia in Seattle that I popped into with my sister.
Still curious about Aritzia? I get it. Here are answers to common questions about the brand.
I believe Aritizia’s popularity comes down to how perfectly it hits that elusive intersection of on-trend, accessible, and quality. The brand offers a noticeable step up in quality from other fast fashion brands through its intentional fabrics and tailored fit, but at a price point that doesn’t feel exorbitant.
This, combined with their house of brands model (like the minimalist Babaton and the romantic Wilfred), means they can be a one-stop shop for many facets of a stylish woman’s wardrobe.
While I wouldn’t classify it as a truly sustainable brand just yet, Aritzia is taking some positive steps, specifically with their fabrics. Aritzia does use some lower-impact materials like organic cotton, and has certifications for some of its wool and down (Responsible Wool and Down Standards).
